On the form you will be able to check whether you are taking the bus with the group, please answer this question as best you can so we can make transportation arrangements.
All meals included (Friday & Saturday- B,L,D and Sunday- B, L). You will have an opportunity to specify dietary needs in your registration.

In exciting news, we are extending the conference by one night. Our group transportation to the conference site will be on Thursday evening immediately following the Meet & Greet at Girls Rock Philly. No workshops will happen on Thursday evening, but we will use this opportunity to get started first thing on Friday morning. If you can’t travel with the group on Thursday evening, you will be responsible for finding your own transportation to the conference site.
Another new thing at this year’s conference is sliding scale conference fees. Sliding scale enables folks to determine what fits their budget best. That being said, know that your payment for the conference is wholly subsidizing the cost of the conference in all its parts. We ask that all attendees and attending camps take into consideration both their financial needs, and the financial needs of the GRCA.
Accommodations this year are not as “rustic” as they were last year; we do have the whole site to ourselves and have enough room to spread out so if there are 130 folks attending the conference, there will be approximately 5-6 people per room without having to use the top bunk. The rooms are bunk style, and there are a few semi-private options available at an extra cost. Do remember though that this is still a summer camp facility and is not a hotel, but there will be heating in all the conference rooms and sleeping areas.
